John began his insurance career in 1995 as a licensed producer with Key insurance of Mobridge, SD. Since that time he has also held Account Executive and Sales Manager positions with MetLife, Prudential, and Mutual of Omaha. John is a graduate of North Dakota State University and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration. John has achieved the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designation through the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. He is an enrolled member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.
John has been involved with many community and non-profit organizations and is currently a board member with Metro IBA, a non-profit business alliance, and a past member of the St Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation’s festival cabinet. He was also a member of the 2005 St Paul Winter Carnival Royal Family.
